COACH Development/ Supervision
Individual Coach Development Coaching *
You have completed the first hours of your professional coach training and are sent out to find clients. How will you find them? How will you fit the work of coaching into a busy life already filled with obligations to other work, family, and coaching classes? Individual coaching/supervision can provide support, accountability and spark creative thinking as you start to develop into the professional coach that you dream you can be.
You have finished sixty hours of coach training and are on your way to developing a professional coaching practice. What will be your particular coaching niche? How will you go about recruiting a client base? What are the best steps for you to take to set up your coaching practice? With whom will you process the questions that are arising from your practice of coaching now that you are not working intensively with coaching faculty and classmates? Having a coach supervisor come alongside you as you move into this new and exciting profession can help you stay focused and moving forward as you strive to develop into the most effective professional coach that you can be.
What is Coaching for Developing Coaches? I have been where you are: excited about becoming a competent professional coaching practitioner while my head was spinning with questions about how to move forward, becoming aware that professional coaching support could make all the difference in helping me to develop and grow into a competent coaching professional with an established coaching practice. It is exciting for me to be able to coach coaches in the early phases of their new calling. The coaching I provide allows you to move more smoothly and fruitfully from a focus on the theories of coaching into the practice of professional coaching. Contact me for more details and, if we have not worked together before, to schedule a free introductory coaching session.
Group Coaching for developing Coaches *
Working in a small group with other developing coaches provides a rich opportunity to share successes and challenges and learn from each other while being professionally coached around issues common to developing coaches and in tune with your needs. This is the opportunity you have been looking for to create new awarenesses about your development as a professional coach and clarify directions to set up your coaching practice. Connections will be made in each session between the coaching conversations and corresponding ICF Core Competencies. In order to provide maximum individual support for each coach, no more than four coaches will be coached together in a small group. If you would like to join an upcoming group - or if you have two or three developing coach colleagues who would like to be coached in a group with you - contact me for more details.
Coaching Supervision for More Established Coaches* What is Coaching Supervision? The International Coach Federation defines Coaching Supervision as "a collaborative learning practice to continually build the capacity of the coach through reflective dialogue and to benefit his or her clients and the overall system. Coaching Supervision focuses on the development of the coach’s capacity through offering a richer and broader opportunity for support and development. Coaching supervision creates a safe environment for the coach to share their successes and failures in becoming masterful in the way they work with their clients." Coaching Supervision provides a regular opportunity for an ACC or PCC certified coach to continue to enhance his/her coaching skills while growing a coaching practice. Contact me for more details and, if we have not worked together before, to schedule a free introductory coaching session.

Both individual and group coaching and coaching supervision occur through technology or via telephone. This allows us to make the best use of your time and ensures that geography is not a barrier to our work.
